1 How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

2. What shipping options are available?

Yugen Nature products are shipped for a flat rate of $5.99 USD

3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

While most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), will typically ship within 5-7 business days and arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • Credit card payment issue
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Severe weather impacting normal delivery times
  • Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock. In this case your order may take longer. We will contact you if this happens.

4. Can I track my package?

We know you are excited to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment at 17track.net.

5. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

  • Yugen Nature takes every precaution to protect against damage during shipping. However, if you do experience a packaging issue please contact one of our expert team members through any of the following methods and we’ll be happy to assist you:
